I. MONOLITH PROTOCOL

Definition: The entity is not an image. It is a physical manifestation of mass and shadow.

Structural Integrity: 40mm reinforced pine frames.

Material Rigor: 360g industrial matte cotton canvas.

Finality: Once a series is depleted, it is decommissioned. No replication protocols are authorized.

II. SYSTEM OF CYCLES

Regulation: Supply is regulated by strict time cycles.

Emission: All Units are issued within specified timeframes (e.g., CYCLE 26/Q1).

Availability: Distribution limited to 100 Units for the Foundation series and 20 for The Vault series.

Termination: At the end of the cycle, remaining assets are archived. Access is revoked.

III. ACCESS AND PERMISSION LEVELS

Hierarchy: The Bureau maintains an access hierarchy to ensure distribution integrity.

ACCESS TIER 01: Standard Access. Baseline credentials for emission notifications.

ACCESS TIER 02: Priority Access. Granted exclusively to verified owners of physical Units.

Privilege: Tier 02 status provides a 48-hour window for asset acquisition before public emission.
