Availability: Distribution is limited to 100 Units for Foundation and 20 for The Vault.
Termination: At the end of a cycle, remaining inventory is archived. Access is revoked.

III. ACCESS AND CLEARANCE
The Bureau maintains a hierarchy of access to ensure the integrity of distribution.
CLEARANCE LEVEL 01: Standard access. Entry-level credentials for release notifications.
CLEARANCE LEVEL 02: Priority access. Granted only to verified owners of physical Units.
Privilege: Level 02 status provides a 72-hour window for asset acquisition before public release.
